Blue Level AI provides AI-powered business solutions, including inbound call handling, lead capture, and related services. We may introduce additional services in the future.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
All services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Starter and Pro plans have set monthly minutes and concurrent call limits. Overage fees apply at $0.15 per additional minute. Payment is collected via Stripe or other payment processors we may offer.
Payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Blue Level AI’s discretion.
You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly. You may not use our services to engage in illegal, harmful, or harassing activity. You are responsible for the data and content you provide to Blue Level AI.
Blue Level AI provides services “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding performance, uptime, or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Level AI and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
You agree to hold Blue Level AI, its officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of the services or violation of these terms.
Blue Level AI may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the effective date. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
